Irish Confetti

Irish Confetti is a slang term used for bricks and rocks thrown during a fight. It wasn’t uncommon for Irish Confetti to come raining down from the roofs and windows of tenement buildings in the Five Points or Hells Kitchen and other Irish neighborhoods during riots, especially in the 1800’s
