Frank Gusenberg was one of the victims of the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. He survived long enough for the police to make their way to the scene at the garage in S.M.C. Cartage Company, where all but Frank were dead.
The police quizzed Frank as to what happened, he had 14 gunshot wounds, and who had shot him, to which Frank replied “No one…nobody shot me”. Frank was taken to hospital where the police quizzed him again but he gave the same answer. Frank died 3 hours after being shot
